After access to primary care, mental health is the most commonly mentioned issue we receive so Healthwatch Sheffield decided to carry out some independent research.
In 2015-16, more than half a million people engaged with the Healthwatch network during the last year to seek advice about health and social care services, and shared their experiences of using them.
