Healthwatch Sheffield helps people to have a say in what health and social care services are like in Sheffield. We can also help you to find information and advice about health and social care services.

We are independent from the NHS and the Council. Our service is free, and available to anyone living or using services in Sheffield.

How we can help

Our website has a range of information available which might help you, including general advice articles, information about making a complaint about a service, and Easy Read information resources.

We also have a dedicated Information and Advice worker, who can help discuss your enquiry in more detail, and point you in the right direction. You can contact us in a range of ways - find out more below.

Every Wednesday 10am - 1pm we hold a drop-in information service in the Healthwatch Hub. You don't need to make an appointment, just come along.
