Long Covid resources

Long Covid has been a priority work area for us in 2023-25.

People told us they didn't have access to trustworthy, local information about the condition and where they could go for support, so we worked with local voluntary sector organisations to find out what was missing, and create these resources.

You can find them below.

This page contains the resources developed by community organisations in Sheffield, during phase two of our Long Covid community grants programme.

We have gathered them here for use in phase three of the grants programme, where community organisations will be funded to distribute them within their communities. If you would like to apply for funding to deliver these resources, please see the application form here: https://forms.gle/w23rnEWRDYiPGfAJ6

The resources are also free for use by the general public, and other organisations who think they might be useful for the people they support.

To see the resources, click the links in the boxes to download the documents, or follow the hyperlinks to Youtube to watch the videos.

Please note: Some of these resources are currently being updated, as websites and links change over time.
