We're looking to work with groups who can explore the impact of Long Covid on communities, understand their experiences of accessing services, and develop the information resources that are missing.

Members of the public tell us regularly that they struggle to contact their GP practice by phone. However, GP practice websites don't always support people to use online services instead.

We analysed 74 GP practice websites to see whether patients across Sheffield can access services online. We found a widely varying picture across the city.
