Have your say: NHS 10 year plan
The Government and NHS England are asking the public to share their ideas for the next big plan for the NHS.
People across England are being invited to share their experiences of NHS care, and their ideas for how the NHS can be made better.
We know that health services and healthcare staff are facing a huge amount of challenges. The NHS 10 year plan is an opportunity to share your views on how these can be addressed - delivering better care to people where and when it is needed, supporting people to stay well, and listening to patients, families, and the wider public.
There are 3 big changes, or 'shifts' that the NHS wants your views on in particular:
- Shift 1: Moving more care from hospitals to communities
- Shift 2: Making better use of technology in health and care
- Shift 3: Focussing on preventing sickness, not just treating it
