We’re looking for a group of 12 people aged 18+ to tell us about their experiences and views.

We are working with the organisations responsible for CHC assessments in Sheffield to find out how to improve the experience for people in the future.

You can bring a relative, carer or P.A. for support.
We will refund travel expenses and P.A costs.
