Health and Care Working Together Event

The Health and Care Working Together Event, December 6th at The Source Meadowhall, will be looking at the Accountable Care System and the Hospital Services Review.

An independent piece of work looking at five hospital service areas is now underway to consider if there would be benefits in delivering these services differently.
The work looks at how services could be delivered so that everyone in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw has equal access to high quality, safe hospital services now and into the future and it is crucial that patients/ staff and public give us their views as part of the process.

Your views can help shape hospital services.
Healthcare professionals across South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw and Chesterfield are coming together with patients and the public to help shape how hospital services could be delivered in the future to ensure local people continue to get safe, sustainable, high quality care.
