In response to public feedback, NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) wants to create easy-to-access webpages that provide helpful information and resources about the last stage of life.
They have designed a short survey to gather insights from individuals receiving palliative and end of life care, or the families and carers of people receiving this care. The goal is to ensure that online resources are informative and accessible and truly meet the needs of those using them.
By sharing your thoughts, you can help ensure that people reaching the last stage of life and their families and/or carers have access to clear, supportive, and easily accessible information.
Your feedback will directly influence how the ICB develop and present online resources to better meet the needs of those who need them most.
The survey is open until 12th March 2025. Please take a few moments to share your views and help to improve online palliative and end of life care information for everyone in South Yorkshire.
