Survey: How will you stay well this winter?
Winter is generally a very busy time for the NHS and health services in general, which is why the NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), and its partner organisations, undertake a winter communications campaign.
The campaign aims to encourage local people to take preventative steps to reduce hospital admissions and also informs people of the NHS services available to them in Sheffield.
As part of the campaign they are asking how you and your family will stay well this winter.
It will really help them understand what people already know and the choices people make, by answering just 6 questions.
