In November 2018, OFSTED and the Care Quality Commission led an investigation into how services in Sheffield identify and meet the needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

This report captures the findings of a Focus Group held on 4th December 2018 about people’s experiences of CHC assessments. Participants were individuals whose needs have been assessed and family members and carers.
