Health & Care Public Forum (Sheffield) meeting

The Health & Care Public Forum is the new name of the IAC Forum (find out more) - a group of regular volunteers who talk about upcoming changes in health and social care, and share their views to influence decision-makers.

You don't have to be a regular member to join in. Each month the group is keen to hear from people interested in the specific topics for that meeting. This month we'll be focusing on the following items:

• The Team Around the Person model which is a person-centred, joined up and preventative approach to care, that has started being rolled out across the city.
• Healthwatch Sheffield and Voluntary Action Sheffield’s plans to support the public and voluntary sector, to play a part in shaping care and support for people with Long Covid in Sheffield in the future.
