Our quarterly reports are a chance to reflect on the work we've been doing over the last 3 months.
We want to share these updates with you, so you can stay informed about changes that are happening in the local health and social care system, how they're impacting on local people, and how we're making sure your views influence those decisions.
Highlights from October-December 2020 include:
- Publishing our report looking at people's experiences of support during Covid-19. We hope this will help services when they're planning for the future.
- Our report exploring carer's access to GP support. This is feeding into the City's Carers Strategy.
- Writing our responses to NHS Trust's Quality Reports - we were able to highlight the important of engaging with patients and their families at all stages of designing and delivering a service
