Our quarterly reports are a chance to reflect on the work we've been doing over the last 3 months.
We want to share these updates with you, so you can stay informed about changes that are happening in the local health and social care system, how they're impacting on local people, and how we're making sure your views influence those decisions.
Highlights from July-September 2019 include:
- Our photography exhibition 'Stories of Health', where we celebrated local people who used their own experiences of health to improve support for others
- Our Health and Wellbeing Forum, where people from all sectors and members of the public came together to discuss issues and solutions around infant mortality in the city
- Developing our Listening Hub model, to help us hear from more people across Sheffield
