Experiences of Dementia Care: What we already know

Organisations across Sheffield have committed to work together to improve care and support for people living with or caring for someone with dementia. NHS Sheffield CCG want to involve people with lived experience in planning how this should work.

In order to help this patient and public involvement, we have reviewed the existing patient and carer feedback relating to dementia care. We have highlighted common themes and any gaps that can be pursed in further engagement.
